Be Intentional: It's always a choice, even digitally.

I've been thinking a lot about being intentional, lately. I've begun teaching Kindergarten digitally, which is like being a first-year teacher all over again, 21 years later.

How do I build relationship with 22 new faces through a screen? It CAN be done-through INTENTION.

Why am I showing up on their screen every morning?
What do I value about the work I am doing?
How can I authentically live into my values with conviction?

How would you answer these questions? It will be something we need to keep in the forefront of our minds-every day. It's easy to lose focus, when their ZOOM isn't working, microphones aren't muted, passwords fail and TEAMS crashes right before the "bell."

Intentional choices contain strategic plans. A plan for how we will respond when it all goes awry. Because things often go as planned, right?

Here are some 3 ways I am choosing to be Intentional this week.
